Luggage allowance is the amount of luggage appearing on your ticket which can be carried at no extra cost, displayed on your ticket. It may be limited to weight or pieces depending on destination.
Allowance by pieces (Piece Concept): Flights from/to USA and Canada
- Business Class: 2 pieces not exceeding 32 kg. each one
- Economy Class: 2 pieces not exceeding 23 kg each one
- Infants, any class: 1 piece not exceeding 23 kg each one
- 1 hand piece not exceeding 8 kgs not exceeding 50 x 40 x 25 cm. (the sum of the three measurements may not exceed 115 cm.).
Spanair Plus Gold Members and Star Alliance Gold Members: 1 extra piece in any class
Allowance by weight (Weight Concept): Domestic flights (within Spain) and European flights
- Business Avant Class: 30 kg (66 lbs)
- Economy: 20 kg (44 lbs)
- Infants, any class: 10 kg (22 lbs)
- 1 hand piece not exceeding 6 kg not exceeding 50 x 40 x 25 cm. (the sum of the three measurements may not exceed 115 cm.).
Spanair Plus Gold and Silver Members: additional allowance of 20 kg.
